Designation: Accounts Manager/ Sr.Accountant
Location:Cochin
We are looking for an accounts and finance manager for our group of companies with the following credentials:
Key Responsibilities of an Accounts Manager
Oversee and manage the organization's accounting operations and financial records.
Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and other financial accounts.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
Monitor and control financial risks and internal controls.
Supervise and mentor the accounts team, assigning tasks and reviewing performance.
Process payroll and ensure statutory payments are made on time.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management for decision-making.
Maintain relationships with banks, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns (as applicable).
Support management with financial insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Experience:
Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
Tally: 1 year (Preferred)
GST: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
