About the role
We are a cosmetic distribution company serving retailers, medical stores, wholesalers, and distributors across Pune and PCMC. We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager to independently manage our complete accounts department.
Responsibilities
Handle complete accounting operations of the company.
Manage receipts, payments, expenses, bank reconciliations, GST records, and financial reporting.
Ensure accurate accounting entries, record maintenance, and documentation.
Supervise and manage the accounts team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with management regarding financial updates, outstanding payments, and business accounts.
Maintain complete control over the accounts office and ensure timely completion of all accounting activities.
Requirements
Strong experience in accounting and accounts management.
Good knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, taxation, and financial reporting.
Ability to independently handle complete accounts operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Important Note
A support team will be provided; however, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the entire accounts department and staff. Management will coordinate primarily with this person regarding all accounts-related matters.
Salary
Salary will be based on experience, knowledge, and capability of getting proper work done within or before time.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
