Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to support the sales team in handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries.
Maintain customer databases and sales records.
Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely order execution.
Generate sales reports and MIS as required.
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Back Office Sales.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email Communication.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, or medical equipment industries.
Familiarity with ERP software will be an added advantage.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
