Job Description
Techyfe OPC Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Client Relationship Executive who can generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive sales for our IT and Digital Marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT and Digital Marketing solutions.
Handle end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, client meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and closures.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution.
Achieve monthly targets and business growth goals.
Maintain records of sales activities and client communications.
Required Skills
Good understanding of Digital Marketing Services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, etc.
Knowledge of IT-related products and services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to convert leads into clients.
Basic understanding of CRM and sales tools will be an advantage.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Eligibility
1–1.5 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
Preferred Candidate
Candidate from IT company or Digital Marketing agency background.
Good presentation and client-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
