Job Title: Tele-Sales Executive
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Experience Required: 6 months-2 years (Telesales)
Reports To: Telesales Manager
Working days: Monday to Saturday (10 AM - 7 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
●Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to explain offerings.
●Convert leads into by effectively pitching products/services.
●Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets as set by the Telesales Manager.
●Accurately maintain records of all calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM or internal systems.
●Handle objections and customer queries professionally and confidently.
●Share product updates, offers, or changes with potential users during conversations.
●Coordinate with field teams or onboarding teams where required.
Requirements:
●Minimum 6 months-2 years of experience in telesales, outbound calling, or inside sales.
●Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
●Fluent in Hindi and/or regional languages; basic English preferred.
●Ability to meet high call volumes and daily sales targets.
●Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, or lead tracking systems is a plus. Job Title: Tele-Sales Executive
