Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports for service lines including Tax, Assurance, Consulting, and Managed Services.

Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting on revenue, utilization, realization, pipeline, and key operational KPIs.

Translate business requirements into scalable and automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and consistency.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of service line data across multiple systems and sources.

Support the definition, standardization, and documentation of KPIs, metrics, and reporting logic.

Collaborate with data engineering and finance teams to validate, reconcile, and align data.

Partner with service line leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver analytics aligned to strategic priorities.

Communicate insights and analytical findings effectively to non-technical audiences to support decision-making.

Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and performance tracking to identify key drivers of revenue, margins, utilization, and operational efficiency.

Identify opportunities to automate reporting, enhance dashboards, and improve data workflows while promoting best practices in data, BI, and analytics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree mandate in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or reporting roles.

Proven experience working with business performance data, including revenue, utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.

Advanced skills in SQL and Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

Experience handling large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with the capability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams.
