Role Purpose

The JLL Occupancy Planning and Management platform supports strategic initiatives through management of occupancy planning, business unit engagement, and relocation activities. This role plays a key part in process documentation, project initiation and execution, performance tracking, and innovation across the Global Occupancy and Management platform—providing leading-edge services aligned to JLL's Workplace of the Future goals.

The Data Analyst will deliver outstanding platform reporting, actionable insights, and strategic programs through advanced data analytics and visualization. They will leverage modern technology platforms to ensure accuracy, process adherence, platform enablement, and program delivery while partnering with leadership on space optimization and occupancy strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis & Leadership Engagement

Present meaningful business insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and executive management on space utilization, occupancy trends, and optimization opportunities.

Partner with leadership teams to develop space and occupancy strategies that align with organizational goals and Workplace of the Future initiatives.

Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions with executive management, gathering requirements and managing initiatives with minimal direction.

Translate complex occupancy data into executive-level narratives and actionable recommendations.

Data Analytics & Reporting

Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into occupancy metrics, space utilization, and workplace performance.

Manage, analyse, and synthesize data from multiple technology platforms including CAFM/IWMS systems, badge/sensor data, and business intelligence tools.

Create predictive analytics and scenario modeling to support occupancy planning and workplace strategy decisions.

Deliver KPI tracking and performance metrics across the Occupancy Planning and Management platform.

Platform Management & Technology Enablement

Support and maintain data accuracy within CAFM/IWMS database applications (e.g., Archibus, or similar platforms).

Champion digital enablement through automation, process optimization, and technology adoption.

Collaborate with IT and technology teams to enhance platform capabilities and integrate new data sources.

Drive innovation through identification and implementation of emerging workplace analytics technologies.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Provide superior communication and client relationship management across all organizational levels.

Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment on occupancy planning initiatives and project deliverables.

Serve as a trusted advisor on space and occupancy matters, building strong relationships with business unit leaders.

Technical Skills

Required Proficiencies

Microsoft Office Suite

Business Intelligence & Visualization: Power BI – Advanced (DAX, data modelling, dashboard design, report building)

Experience with data visualization best practices and storytelling through data

CAFM/IWMS Platforms: Working knowledge of workplace management systems (Archibus, or similar)

Understanding of space planning and occupancy management workflows

Data Management: Database querying experience (preferred)

Data integration from multiple sources and systems

Data quality management and governance

Additional Technical Competencies

Process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma a plus).

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

Understanding of workplace sensors, badge data, and IoT technologies (preferred).

Qualifications : Any Graduation

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role with focus on workplace analytics, occupancy planning, or real estate optimization.

Demonstrated experience understanding core business drivers and translating them into data strategies.

Proven track record of process improvement, digital enablement, and project management.

Experience managing, analysing, and reporting on multiple data sources and technology platforms.

Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership on space utilization and occupancy strategies.
