GOOD TO HAVE
Good knowledge of IT operation (ITIL knowledge) with a user centric or business approach.
Working experience in Agile Scrum, SAFe and/or Kanban projects
Advanced level of English
French knowledge will be an added advantage
German knowledge will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
Product reliability responsible
Focus on efficiency and availability of the product environment
Time, Cost and Quality of product delivery including associated services
Define his/her Product Strategy
Secure continuous added value for Business and consumers
Use appropriate marketing and communication
Be informed about market trends and identify better fitted technologies to business needs
Guide the business to enable modern agnostic platform capabilities
Ensure compatibility with OS updates and compatibility with dependencies
Define SAM policies for all Workplace Apps as part of a global SAM strategy covering all device platforms
Coordinate the monitoring and reporting of software license spending for all Workplace Apps
Identify savings opportunities for renewals, software licensing, and maintenance services
Re-harvest existing Workplace Applications and Store (WAS) licenses within Airbus globally
Classify Incidents, logging Incident details, updating records, checking resolutions with Component leaders for all the WAS subproducts / components
Help to improve KPI and participates to the UX improvement
Ensure effectiveness of incident management

Ability to keep a rational number of solutions without reducing the UX and quality of our services

Ability to handle a subject from demand management, to deployment and support
Ability to challenge the needs of the clients and provide appropriate solutions
The role will have the following key outputs:
Strong link with IM Sourcing & Licensing
Strong link with all Product Owners in DMT
Proactive in providing guidance & inputs for the roadmap
