About the role
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Monitor performance metrics and improve productivity
Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control initiatives
Lead, supervise, and support operations teams
Ensure compliance with company standards, legal regulations, and safety guidelines
Coordinate with other departments (HR, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain)
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
