About the role
Leading, mentoring, and managing the team to ensure timely tracking and submission of all approvals.
Cultivating and maintaining high-level relationships with senior bureaucrats, municipal commissioners, and key government stakeholders.
Overseeing the entire lifecycle of project approvals, from initial land-use permissions to final Occupancy Certificates.
Interpreting changes in local building bylaws, master plans, and environmental regulations to advise executive leadership on project feasibility.
Managing the company’s RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) registration, compliance filings, and quarterly updates.
Spearheading negotiations and conflict resolution when the company faces legal roadblocks, regulatory penalties, or public litigation.
Collaborating with the legal, architectural, and project management teams to ensure building designs comply with statutory codes before submission.
Formulating and managing the liaison department's budget, including tracking statutory fees and processing official payments.
Interfacing with financial institutions and legal auditors to provide necessary regulatory clearance documentation for project funding.
