About the role
Company: Effica Automation Position: Production Manager Experience: 6–10 Years Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end production operations.
Ensure on-time project completion and delivery.
Lead production teams and improve productivity.
Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Stores, and Quality departments.
Drive quality improvements, cost reduction, and process optimization.
Monitor production KPIs, safety compliance, and resource utilization.
Experience
6–10 years of experience in Production Management.
Experience in Industrial Automation, Machine Building, SPMs, Robotics Integration, Manufacturing Projects, or Engineering Industries preferred.
Proven experience in managing production teams and meeting delivery targets.
