About the role
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute city-level business strategies and growth plans.
Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate city teams across functions.
Monitor revenue, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and legal requirements.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues when necessary.
Drive customer satisfaction and service quality improvements
