About the role

As Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage team performance, ensure service quality, and support the growth of our clients. You will work closely with senior leadership to improve productivity, strengthen processes, and build a high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of bookkeeping and accounting support teams.

Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and individual contributors.

Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround times, and client deliverables.

Drive operational efficiency through process improvement initiatives.

Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and client-specific requirements.

Manage workforce planning, capacity utilization, and resource allocation.

Track and report operational KPIs and performance metrics.

Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition on hiring and workforce planning.

Conduct regular performance reviews and team development activities.

Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.

Support onboarding and training of new team members.

Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in operations management within KPO, BPO, shared services, accounting services, or professional services.

Experience managing teams of 20+ employees.

Strong understanding of performance management and service delivery.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Australian accounting or bookkeeping firms.

Exposure to Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or other accounting platforms.

Experience in process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence initiatives.

Knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, or accounts receivable processes.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
