Job Summary
VC Green Energy Private Limited is looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and ambitious professional for the role of Manager – Strategy & Business Operations to work closely with the Management team in driving strategic initiatives, evaluating business opportunities, and supporting execution excellence.
This role requires a combination of technical understanding, business analysis, commercial awareness, and strong execution capabilities. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting leadership decisions and driving business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with senior management on strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas.
Conduct market research, feasibility analysis, and opportunity assessment.
Prepare business reports, management dashboards, and strategic presentations.
Perform commercial and financial analysis to support decision-making.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners, and stakeholders for execution of initiatives.
Track key business projects and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational excellence.
Support leadership in implementing strategic plans and organizational initiatives.
Act as a key coordination point between Management and various departments.
Preferred Qualifications
B.E / B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical Engineering preferred).
Additional qualification in Business Analytics, Finance, Management, or related fields will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in business reporting tools, MS Excel, and presentation tools.
Knowledge of Hindi will be preferred.
