Position: Operations Manager – Application End
Industry: Paint & Chemical Qualification: Diploma in Paint Technology / B.Sc. Experience: 5–10 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager – Application End to manage paint and coating application operations across project sites. The candidate will be responsible for handling application teams, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with clients, and managing smooth execution of projects within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end paint/coating application activities at project sites
Supervise applicators, contractors, and on-site execution teams
Ensure proper surface preparation and application as per technical standards
Monitor quality of textures, finishes, coatings, and decorative applications
Coordinate with project, material, and technical teams for smooth operations
Plan manpower allocation and daily/weekly execution schedules
Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures
Handle client coordination and resolve on-site operational issues
Conduct site inspections, reporting, and progress monitoring
Train and guide applicators on new products and application techniques
Monitor productivity, timelines, and project quality standards
Maintain records of material usage, site activities, and operational reports
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of paint application processes and coating systems
Understanding of decorative paints, industrial coatings, and construction chemicals
Leadership and team management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making capability
Knowledge of safety standards and site management
