Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for our Modular Kitchen and Bathware product division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production planning, factory operations, quality control, process optimization, and team management within the modular furniture, kitchen, bathware, cabinetry, or interior products industry. The role requires strong leadership skills to ensure timely production, superior product quality, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Management
Develop and implement production schedules to meet project timelines and customer delivery commitments.
Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations for modular kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, bathware furniture, and customized interior products.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and factory resources.
Monitor production output and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
Factory Operations
Manage daily factory operations, including cutting, edge banding, CNC machining, assembly, finishing, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure smooth workflow across production departments and coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams.
Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Establish and maintain quality standards for all manufactured products.
Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
Analyze production defects and implement preventive and corrective measures.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, factory policies, and operational procedures.
Team Leadership
Lead, train, and mentor production supervisors, engineers, and factory staff.
Set performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Manage workforce planning, shift schedules, and productivity monitoring.
Inventory & Material Management
Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure material availability.
Monitor inventory levels of boards, hardware, accessories, and consumables.
Minimize material wastage and improve inventory control processes.
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished goods.
Cost Control & Process Improvement
Monitor production costs and implement measures to improve profitability.
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Optimize machine utilization and preventive maintenance schedules.
Prepare production reports, MIS reports, and performance dashboards for management review.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
