Responsibilities
Attend client meetings and workshops
Understand business processes and operational challenges
Prepare BRDs, trackers, SOPs, and process documentation
Coordinate between business users and technical teams
Track implementation progress and follow up on action items
Assist in ERPNext implementation projects
Participate in AI, MIS, and digital transformation initiatives
Required Skills
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to understand business processes quickly
Experience with ERP, MIS, CRM, or business applications
Comfortable speaking with Finance, Operations, HR, and Management teams
Excellent follow-up and ownership mindset
Ability to understand or learn concepts related to
Inventory Management
Procurement & Purchasing
Warehousing & Stock Movements
GST & Basic Taxation Concepts
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Payroll & HR Processes
Approval Workflows & Business Controls
Good To Have
ERPNext experience
Finance or accounting exposure
MBA / BBA / B.Com background
Experience preparing BRDs and process flows

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
