About the job
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for B.Tech/B.E graduates who are eager to build a career in industrial automation and project management. The candidate will support project execution activities, coordinate with internal departments and manage project documentation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and control project documents, drawings, reports and correspondence
Track project schedules, milestones, and pending activities
Prepare project status reports and Minutes of Meeting
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Site teams for smooth project execution
Ensure proper document submission to clients and internal departments
Support Project Manager in daily project coordination activities
Maintain proper filing and document control systems
Follow up with vendors, suppliers and internal teams for timely updates
Assist during commissioning and project close-out documentation activities
Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
Required Skills
Good listening and communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and documentation skills
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of PLC, SCADA, Electrical Panels, or Industrial Automation
Knowledge of project documentation practices is an added advantage
