About the role
Qualifications:
BE / M.Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
12-25 years of experience in Project Management & PMC for high-rise residential buildings
Expertise in MIVAN construction, fast-track execution & contract administration
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Oversee multiple high-rise projects from concept to completion
Planning & Execution: Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, quality benchmarks, and budget constraints
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between clients, contractors, consultants & internal teams
Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify potential project risks, provide proactive solutions & recover sunken projects
Contract & Claims Management: Handle contract negotiations, claims, and EOT (Extension of Time) assessments
Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, HSE protocols & QA/QC procedures
Financial Oversight: Optimize project costs, control overheads, and drive profitability
Mentorship & Team Development: Lead, motivate & groom a team of young engineers and professionals.
Desirable Skills:
Proven ability to turn around distressed projects & drive timely completion
Expertise in MIVAN shuttering methodology & high-rise execution strategies
Strong command over Primavera P6, MS Project, and EVM (Earned Value Management)
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
