About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Operations Executive (PMO) to manage project coordination, teacher engagement, content-related operations, and daily project execution. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between clients, teachers, and internal teams while driving successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Understand the requirements of the client and explain them clearly to the shortlisted team members (teachers).
Coordinate daily with teachers to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges.
Prepare and publish daily dashboards and program updates for the team.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Support content creation and content management activities as required.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and operational records.
Ensure successful completion and delivery of projects within deadlines.
Qualifications
BCA or B.Tech degree.
1.5 – 2 years of experience in Operations, PMO, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
Ability to understand and work on the company's internal software and operational systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Compensation
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
