Project Lead

Job Overview:

Active Fitness Store is seeking a results-driven Technical Project Lead to oversee and deliver all IT and software development initiatives across our e-commerce and internal platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills, ensuring timely project delivery, high-quality code, and smooth cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead end-to-end delivery of development projects, including website enhancements, application features, integrations, and internal tools.

 Define project scope, technical requirements, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

 Ensure coding standards, architecture decisions, and best practices are consistently applied across projects.

 Plan, prioritize, and track tasks and sprints using Agile/Scrum methodologies to maintain efficient workflows.

 Identify technical risks, resolve blockers, and implement proactive solutions to meet deadlines.

 Mentor and guide team members, promoting knowledge sharing, code quality, and continuous improvement.

 Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

 Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, processes, testing protocols, and post-project learnings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.

 5–8 years of experience in IT project management or technical leadership within a software or agency environment.

 Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum practices, and coding best practices.

 Proven ability to manage multiple development projects simultaneously and deliver on schedule.

 Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project) and version control systems (Git).

 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Project Management certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent).

 Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or large-scale digital product development.

 Familiarity with budgeting, resource planning, and cross-functional team coordination.

 Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment best practices.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
