Job Description
JJ EPC Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from inception to handover
Lead site teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
Ensure timely project completion within budget and quality standards
Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and productivity
Review project progress and implement corrective actions where required
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards
Manage project billing, cost control, procurement coordination, and client reporting
Drive quality, safety, and operational excellence across project execution
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction projects
Successfully completed at least 3–5 construction projects as a key project management professional
Must have completed at least one high-rise project of 70 meters or above
Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and team management skills
Proficiency in project scheduling, execution, and stakeholder management
Knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety practices
Additional Information:
Full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, Gujarat
Experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects will be preferred
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
