About the role
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – ERP with PMP certification or Prince 2 Certification to lead and deliver ERP implementation and enhancement projects for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing end-to-end ERP programs, stakeholder communication, and working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment aligned to EST hours.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP projects (implementation, upgrade, migration, support).
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using standard methodologies.
Ensure adherence to PMP / PMBOK best practices.
Conduct regular status meetings, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure successful delivery aligned with client expectations and SLAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
PMP Certification (Mandatory)
10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in ERP Project Management
Strong experience with ERP platforms (Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, Banner, or similar)
Proven track record of managing large-scale ERP implementations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with US clients / EST time zone
Strong understanding of Agile / Waterfall methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Higher Education domain
Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions
ITIL or Agile certifications (nice to have)
Work Requirements
Willingness to Work from Office (Gurgaon)
Availability to work in EST shift
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
