Job Title: UI/UX Designer Position : 1 Location: Madurai ( In and around Madurai candidate preferred) Experience Level: 3 - 5 Years Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for designing seamless and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in user-centered design, a solid understanding of design systems, and the ability to translate business needs into beautiful and functional interfaces.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and create user flows, wire frames, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries for consistency across products.
Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and team input.
Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation matches the design vision.
Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging tools and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with front-end development principles and collaboration with developers.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization PG: MCA in Any Specialization
Shift Timings: Rotational shifts
08.30 AM – 05.30 PM / 09.00 AM – 06.00 PM / 09.30 AM – 06.30 PM
01:30 PM - 10:30 PM ( Allowance will be provided for this shift)
Week offs will be on weekdays
