Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at Offshore Marketers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling digital assets for marketing campaigns across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency and high design standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design creative assets for social media, paid ads, websites, landing pages, and email campaigns
Develop visually appealing graphics aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Collaborate closely with marketing, SEO, and content teams to support ongoing campaigns
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Optimize creatives based on platform requirements and campaign performance
Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail in all deliverables
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Required Qualifications & Skills
1 Year to 2 years of experience in Graphic Design
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Experience creating digital marketing creatives for online campaigns
Strong creative thinking with an eye for typography, color, and layout
High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Portfolio showcasing previous work is required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for performance marketing campaigns
Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD is an advantage
Understanding of social media design trends and ad creatives
