About the role
Position: Web Designer (2–3 Years Experience)
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Web Designer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing responsive, user-friendly websites that deliver a seamless digital experience. You should have a strong understanding of front-end technologies along with hands-on experience in WordPress development.
✅ Responsibilities
Design and develop modern, user-friendly, and fully responsive websites using platforms such as WordPress, GHL, Wix, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, and others.
Customize and manage WordPress websites, including theme customization and use of page builders such as Elementor, Divi and Gutenberg.
Customize websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all projects.
Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and security best practices.
Integrate third-party tools and services such as email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and eCommerce solutions.
GohighLevel, Sales Funnels, Leads Pages.
✅ Requirements
2 – 3 years of proven experience as a Web Designer and Developer, with a portfolio showcasing live or test projects.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap 4/5.
Solid experience working with WordPress, including themes, plugins, and page builders like Elementor or Divi.
Familiarity with platforms like Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, and basic experience with Shopify, or Kajabi is a plus.
Good understanding of responsive, mobile-first design, and UI/UX best practices.
Experience using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Knowledge of JavaScript or jQuery is an advantage.
Strong eye for layout, visual design, color harmony, and typography.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
