Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
Create visual assets such as banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and visual identity.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to produce creative designs.
Edit and retouch images, illustrations, and other visual content.
Help develop concepts, layouts, and design solutions for various campaigns.
Ensure consistency of designs across all platforms and materials.
Stay updated on design trends and best practices.
Organize and maintain design files and assets.
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with Photoshop is mandatory.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or alternatives like Figma.
Strong creativity and attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, or personal design projects.
Experience creating social media creatives and digital marketing assets.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
Familiarity with UI/UX design concepts.
Understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
