Job Summary
We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer with experience in Workday Planning to support application development, system integration, and business process improvements. The ideal candidate should be able to work with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in team discussions and project planning activities.
Develop, support, and enhance applications using Workday Planning.
Assist in system integrations and data migration activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
Document application processes and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Workday Planning.
Understanding of application development and software lifecycle processes.
Experience with system integration and data migration.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of user interface and user experience principles is a plus.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of overall IT experience.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Workday Planning.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to AI, automation, or modern enterprise technologies.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
