The Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Executive to join our team on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extending the role based on performance and business needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who wants hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities, from social media and email marketing to influencer campaigns and live brand activations. Working with brands like Perfect Ted, DASH water, Candy Kittens and many more.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day marketing efforts for both Unify Brands and the portfolio of brands we represent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and schedule social media content across platforms, including Instagram & LinkedIn.
Create engaging content such as graphics, videos, and captions
Update and maintain e-commerce websites, including product listings and promotional banners
Build and send email marketing campaigns
Work on Meta Ads with the external ads manager that runs our account
Assist with influencer outreach, gifting, and campaign coordination
Support the planning and execution of brand activations, sampling events, and pop-ups
Assist with general marketing administration and coordination
About You
Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong interest in consumer brands, digital marketing, and social media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
Creative mindset and enthusiasm for new ideas
Desirable Skills
Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo
Experience using Shopify or other e-commerce platforms – not required but a plus
Understanding of influencer marketing and social media trends
Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools
Experience using AI tools such as Chat GPT
