Neuromed Clinic Ireland is a growing medi-wellness clinic providing Psychiatry, Psychology, Neurodevelopmental Assessments, Medical-Legal Services, Cognitive Performance Services, and Medical Aesthetics.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and highly motivated Social Media, Marketing & PR Executive to help grow our brand and increase awareness of our services across Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for content creation, social media, marketing and branding who can combine creativity with professionalism and understands how to create engaging content within a healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will work in a hybrid capacity, must have their own equipment and must be able to attend our Galway clinic regularly (typically at least once per week) to create content and support marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
Attend the clinic regularly to: capture high-quality photographs, film video content and reels, create engaging behind-the-scenes content & showcase clinic services, consultants, treatments and events.
Design, create and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms
Develop, plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives for the clinic, including events & seasonal promotions
Generate creative content ideas and concepts that increase engagement, visibility and patient enquiries
Create visually appealing videos, reels and promotional materials that align with the Neuromed brand
Grow audience engagement, reach and brand awareness across all platforms
Develop and manage public relations activities, including: press releases, media outreach, event promotion, local and national publicity opportunities
Monitor social media performance and analytics and provide regular reports and recommendations
Ensure all content is professional, accurate and compliant with healthcare advertising standards
Essential Requirements
Previous demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organisations
Strong photography, videography and content creation skills
Experience creating high-quality reels, short-form video content and visual marketing materials
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Full driving licence and access to transport
Ability to attend our Galway clinic regularly for content creation
Desirable Experience
Experience working with Healthcare clinics, Medical aesthetics clinics, Wellness brands
Previous experience in managing marketing, public relations or brand development
Experience running paid social media advertising campaigns
Experience organising promotional events or marketing launches

Additional Information
The successful candidate will be expected to attend the Galway clinic regularly to create content and may also be required to attend promotional events, open evenings, and other marketing activities from time to time.
This is a part-time hybrid position (20 hours per week), working as a self employed sub-contractor offering flexibility while providing the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and development of Neuromed Clinic Ireland.

Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
Pay: €26,000.00-€31,200.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Galway, County Galway (H91)
