We have a vibrant, visually rich venue and a brand with real personality — and we need someone who can capture it on camera and turn it into content that stops people scrolling.

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Content Creator to own our social video output from end to end. This is a role where you will manage the whole process end-to-end — you will be building the content calendar, be the person on the floor with the camera, in the edit, and hitting publish. You will work alongside our graphic designer and copywriter, but video is your world and social is your stage.

We want reels that feel alive, TikToks that get shared, and a feed that makes people want to visit. If you can make that happen — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok — consistently, creatively, and to a high standard

Capture the atmosphere, energy, and personality of the venue on the floor — games, promotions, staff, events, and guest experiences

Stay on top of trending audio, formats, and platform features — bringing fresh ideas and formats proactively

Develop a content calendar for video output aligned to promotions, events, and key venue moments

Write on-screen text, captions, and hooks that complement the video and drive engagement

Manage community engagement on video posts — responding to comments and shares in a timely, on-brand way

Brief the graphic designer when supporting assets are needed and collaborate with the copywriter on scripted or voiceover content

Track video performance — views, reach, saves, shares — and use data to sharpen future content

What We Are Looking For

A strong portfolio of short-form video content — Instagram Reels and TikTok specifically — that you have shot and edited yourself. Non-negotiable.

End-to-end video production skills — you shoot, you edit, you publish.

Natural eye for a moment — you know what makes a great shot before you've taken it

Fast editor — you can turn around quality content quickly in a fast-moving venue environment

Up to date with TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, and formats

Comfortable being on-site regularly and getting stuck in on a busy live floor

Must be aged 18 or over and eligible to work in Ireland

Bonus Experience:

Experience creating video content for hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, or lifestyle brands

Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar

Experience with longer-form video — venue walkthroughs, event recaps, promotional videos

Basic photography skills to support the graphic designer where needed
