Part-Time Kitchen Assistant / Junior Chef Monday–Thursday | 24hrs/week | 8:00am–2:30pm | No Evenings or Weekends

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant / Junior Chef to join our busy workplace hospitality operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with kitchen experience who is looking for a great work-life balance while continuing to develop their culinary skills.
Working Monday to Thursday, with daytime hours only, you'll play an important role in delivering fresh, high-quality food and excellent service to our guests and colleagues.

The Role
Assist with the preparation and service of breakfast and lunch
Carry out daily food preparation using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Support the team in delivering a smooth, organised service
Maintain excellent standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
Contribute positively to the kitchen environment and team culture
Take ownership of your section and support colleagues where needed
What We're Looking For
Previous kitchen experience is essential
Comfortable working independently and managing your workload
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality food
A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture
Someone who demonstrates initiative and can remain productive during quieter periods
