About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

Your Role:

Own the day to day loan servicing operations that are executed out of Citco Bank, task including but not limited to:

Overall workflow management;

Monitoring Client communication;

Monitoring KPI/KRI’s on service from near and offshore locations;

The maintenance of bank loan security master data and processing of lifecycle activities;

Reconciliations of loan pars, accruals and cash between internal and external systems, investigating and commenting break items and resolving same within pre-agreed timeframes;

Monitor bank accounts and reconcile against expected cash inflows and outflows.

Understand the role of Loan Services in generating reporting in support of NAV process and actively liaise with various internal departments to meet monthly/quarterly NAV deliverables;

Act as an escalation point of contact for client queries/requests and drive resolution of issues relating to client accounts;

Lead a number of medium size projects in line with the growth of the Loan Services team associated to a number of items from technology enhancements to process improvement;

Work to continuously ensure operational controls are of the highest standard;

Responsible for liaising with the European Head of Loan Services to ensure borrower and Client needs are being met;

Work directly with the Citco Bank Senior Management and CFS Loan Service to implement and maintain the compliance framework for the department;

Assist in the development of Citco Bank’s Loan Servicing processes and ensure they are compliant with DNB and EU regulations;

Serve as the Regulatory Liaison with the DNB;

Attend at industry seminars, regulatory briefings and updates.

About You:

Degree qualified, and have 10+ years of experience in either a compliance function, preferably in loan servicing, or within loan servicing but with focus on compliance tasks. Work experience from a global firm is an advantage but not a pre-requisite;

Experienced in working with regulatory bodies;

Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities;

Strong planning and project management skills are an advantage;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with sound judgement.

Able to work in a team environment as well as on own initiatives.

Take on and complete tasks with minimal oversight.
