YOUR NEW ROLE

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, talented Front of House Specialist to join our team. working across our three clinic locations in Cork. This is a part time position with working hours of 8 to 30 hours a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Open and close the Clinic

Ensure the smooth running of the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic

Be responsible for operating the Point-Of-Sale and booking system including end-of-day reconciliation

Ensure patients feel welcomed by providing an informative and engaging experience during every visit

Manage the appointment book and keep patients informed of any changes in a timely manner

Deal with incoming and outgoing enquiries, both via phone and email.

General stock management

Drive sales through excellent patient consultation and sharing of product knowledge to achieve your personal objectives and the retail targets

General upkeep and housekeeping of the clinic
