Due to continued growth, OCC Construction are seeking to appoint a Site Manager to join our team in Galway, offering excellent opportunities for career progression and development.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a progressive, forward-thinking contractor delivering high-quality projects across the West of Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on-site
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company standards, and project requirements
Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management
Chair and coordinate site meetings with clients, engineers, and design teams
Maintain strict quality control and ensure works are delivered in line with specifications
Manage site logistics, sequencing of works, and programme delivery
Collaborate with commercial and project teams to ensure alignment with budgets and timelines
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Foreman, or Construction Supervisor, ideally with a main contractor
Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, BCAR requirements, and construction best practice
Experience delivering residential and/or commercial projects
Strong track record managing subcontractors and site teams
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Comfortable using IT tools and construction management systems (e.g. Procore or similar)
Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Full clean driving licence
