About the Opportunity

The Quality Control Manager will ensure a safe, accurate and effective control of the quality of incoming and manufactured products, accordingly to specifications and defined quality standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Accept incoming goods and the release of manufactured products, including stopping all good if judged non-confirming

Ensure the respect of Specifications, Corporate and Local Testing Methods, Procedures and Guidelines

Ensure the continuous control and calibration of testing equipment

Provide strong support and cooperation with the Production department

Proactively cooperate with the relevant Corporate Departments, particularly R&D.

What You Bring

Technical degree

Previous working experience in leading QC in a manufacturing facility

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to problem solve and autonomy when it comes to decision making

Strong leadership skills

Proven experience in conflict mediation and management

Sensitivity to economy, safety and environmental sustainability.
