La ricerca è rivolta ad un Responsabile Delle Risorse Umane per un gruppo che conta circa 500 risorse tra dipendenti e funzionari.
REQUISITI
· esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di responsabile risorse umane, preferibilmente maturata in ambiti medio/grandi
· ottima capacità di comunicazione e gestione delle relazioni interpersonali anche in inglese
· gradita, ma non indispensabile, laurea in psicologia
· approccio proattivo con forte orientamento allo sviluppo aziendale
MANSIONI
· coordinamento e supervisione dell’amministrazione del personale
· gestione del processo di reclutamento e selezione delle risorse e supervisor dell’addestramento
· presidio relazioni sindacali
· gestione del processo amministrativo relativo all’intero ciclo vita del lavoratore (assunzione, trasformazione, cessazione)
L’Azienda curerà i colloqui sin dalle prime fasi. L’assunzione sarà diretta e a tempo indeterminato.
