About the role
Siamo alla ricerca di una figura dinamica e motivata, da inserire nel nostro team con il ruolo di Addetto/a alla Gestione dei Servizi di Sicurezza e Formazione.
Il/la candidato/a si occuperà principalmente di:
Gestione operativa e amministrativa dei corsi di formazione (organizzazione, iscrizioni, attestati, piattaforme e-learning)
Supporto nella redazione e aggiornamento dei Documenti di Valutazione dei Rischi (DVR) e altra documentazione tecnica
Interfaccia con clienti e fornitori
Gestione pratiche amministrative e archiviazione digitale
Affiancamento ai consulenti senior nelle attività di audit e sopralluogo
Requisiti richiesti
✔ Diploma o Laurea (preferibilmente in ambito tecnico o giuridico)
✔ Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Word, Excel e PowerPoint
✔ Buone capacità organizzative, relazionali e di problem solving
✔ Costituirà titolo preferenziale l’interesse per la normativa sulla sicurezza (D.Lgs. 81/08) e la formazione professionale
