Per una realtà strutturata e in crescita in zona Treviso (TV), siamo alla ricerca di una figura HR Junior, da inserire all’interno dell’Ufficio Risorse Umane.
Cerchiamo una persona dinamica, veloce e concreta. Non è un contesto “lento”: il recruiting qui è rapido, diretto e fortemente legato alle esigenze operative dell’azienda.
La figura verrà inserita in un team HR giovane e collaborativo, con un percorso di formazione sul campo e coaching HR da professionisti del settore.
Attività principali
recruiting
screening CV e primo contatto con i candidati
organizzazione colloqui e gestione agenda
supporto nella gestione degli inserimenti
interfaccia con responsabili per valutazione risorse
supporto alle attività amministrative legate alle assunzioni
