About the role
Sereni Orizzonti 1 S.p.A., società leader nel settore socio-assistenziale, ricerca una nuova risorsa da inserire all’interno dell’Ufficio Risorse Umane presso la sede centrale di Udine, per ampliamento dell’organico.
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno dell’ufficio HR e si occuperà in autonomia delle seguenti attività:
Gestione pratiche di maternità e infortuni;
Gestione rapporti con INAIL;
Predisposizione contrattualistica;
Comunicazioni obbligatorie (UNILAV);
Predisposizione e gestione delle pratiche INPS;
Interazione e supporto ai Direttori di Struttura;
Verifica dei cedolini paga
Requisiti richiesti:
Gradita conoscenza minima nella gestione delle pratiche sopra indicate;
Buone doti organizzative, relazionali e comunicative;
Dal lunedì al venerdì
8:30 – 12:30 / 14:30 – 18:30 (40 ore settimanali)
