About the role
Siamo alla ricerca di un tutor formativo per la gestione di attività di back office e gestione d'aula, con predisposizione alla relazione con giovani, inseriti in percorsi di specializzazione e con le aziende che li ospitano in stage.
Necessario diploma di laurea in discipline socio-psico-pedagogiche o comprovata esperienza professionale in attività di orientamento, organizzazione e monitoraggio percorsi formativi, gestione delle risorse umane.
Il tutor formativo si occupa di:
- facilitazione e mediazione attività di aula
- interventi di potenziamento delle competenze e del processo di apprendimento
- progettazione di specifiche azioni formative in attuazione della programmazione definita dall'Ente
- progettazione, gestione, monitoraggio e valutazione di attività d'aula e stage, gestendo le convenzioni, le relazioni con i formatori e con le imprese e presidiando i diversi adempimenti previsti
- compilazione e raccolta della documentazione
