About the role

As HR Partner for the Engineering perimeter of AG200, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, supporting the implementation of people strategies and ensuring the effective execution of HR processes in line with STMicroelectronics priorities, global directions and local requirements.

In this role, you will be a key partner for the Engineering organization in close collaboration with CoEs and Business HRs.

Key responsibilities

Act as the main HR point of contact for managers and employees within the AG200 Engineering perimeter.

Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and support the execution of people plans aligned with business priorities.

Support the implementation of HR processes and policies, ensuring consistency, compliance and alignment with ST standards.

Act as the primary point of contact for managers and employees, consulting CoEs on HR- related issues (e.g. talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, salary reviews, offboarding etc.).

Monitor key HR indicators and contribute to the identification of actions to support business effectiveness and employee engagement.

Support organizational changes and workforce planning initiatives within the Engineering perimeter.

Foster strong and constructive relationships with managers, employees and HR stakeholders.

Contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive and performance-driven working environment.

Required experience

At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably as HR Partner, HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.

Experience in a complex, multicultural and fast-paced environment, ideally in an industrial, manufacturing or technology company.

Experience working with managers and supporting multiple HR priorities simultaneously.

Exposure to employee relations, performance management, organizational support and HR process execution.

Knowledge and skills

Strong understanding of core HR processes and people management practices.

Good business acumen and problem-solving mindset.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to build trust and influence across different levels of the organization.

Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and deliver results in a structured way.

Knowledge of local labor law and employee relations is a plus.

Team spirit, flexibility and a collaborative attitude.
