La figura ricercata verrà inserita presso la sede centrale di Soave (VR) e, in collaborazione con il team HR, si occuperà delle attività di ricerca e selezione del personale, offrendo al contempo supporto alle altre funzioni del reparto.
Responsabilità principali:
Gestione dei processi di ricerca e selezione per le sedi esistenti e per le nuove aperture;
Coordinamento con i responsabili di funzione e gestione dell’intero processo di inserimento delle nuove risorse, dalla selezione all’inserimento in azienda;
Supporto attivo nell’organizzazione e nello sviluppo delle attività di employer branding;
Contributo attivo alla definizione e all’implementazione di iniziative HR volte a promuovere il benessere aziendale.
Requisiti:
Laurea in discipline umanistiche o economiche;
Buona padronanza del Pacchetto Office;
Ottime doti comunicative, relazionali e capacità di problem solving.
Costituisce un valore aggiunto aver maturato esperienza, anche di supporto, nell’ambito della ricerca e selezione del personale in contesti aziendali strutturati e mediamente strutturati.
