About the role
Il team Risorse Umane di Spada è alla ricerca di una persona motivata e appassionata al mondo HR, da inserire in un percorso di tirocinio professionalizzante. A supporto del team di riferimento e del tutor aziendale, avrai modo di apprendere le seguenti attività:
Gestire l'inserimento e l'aggiornamento dei dati dei dipendenti
Pianificare e monitorare la formazione obbligatoria del personale
Collaborare alle prime fasi del processo di selezione, supportando lo screening dei CV e i colloqui telefonici conoscitivi
Contribuire all'elaborazione di report, analisi di dati HR e presentazioni per il management
Requisiti richiesti:
Formazione: Laurea in discipline economiche e/o umanistiche
Competenze Tecniche: Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office.
Passione e Attitudine: Forte passione per il mondo delle Risorse Umane, ottime doti relazionali e comunicative, atteggiamento positivo, flessibilità, proattività e grande attenzione ai dettagli.
Cosa offriamo:
Tirocinio della durata di 6 mesi
Compenso € 500
Orario: 40 ore settimanali, dal lunedì al venerdì (9:00 - 18:00)
Obiettivo: Un'esperienza formativa unica, con affiancamento costante e la possibilità di sviluppare competenze pratiche in un'area specifica e strategica
Durata contratto: 6 mesi
