Lo Studio Associato Sarcc cerca la figura di un addetto/a alla Segretaria da inserire stabilmente presso la propria sede di Via Fonteiana 85, 00152 Roma.
Mansioni principali:
Gestione delle attività di segreteria generale (accoglienza clienti, gestione chiamate e corrispondenza);
Organizzazione di appuntamenti, riunioni e agenda dei professionisti;
Supporto amministrativo nella preparazione, protocollazione e archiviazione di documenti cartacei e digitali;
Coordinamento con fornitori e collaboratori esterni;
Attività di front office e back office.
Requisiti richiesti:
Diploma o laurea in discipline economiche, amministrative o affini;
Esperienza, anche minima, in ruoli di segreteria o amministrazione presso studi professionali o aziende;
Buone capacità organizzative e relazionali;
Conoscenza del pacchetto Office e degli strumenti informatici di base;
Conoscenza della Prima Nota di base, fatturazione, pagamenti F24
Precisione, affidabilità e riservatezza.
Retribuzione: da definire in sede di colloquio in base alle competenze e all’esperienza maturata.
Il colloquio si terrà presso la sede di Via Fonteiana 85, 00152 Roma.
