Impiegato/a Amministrativo Contabile con esperienza.
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno dell’ufficio amministrativo e contribuirà alla gestione contabile e organizzativa.
Mansioni principali:
Gestione della contabilità generale e industriale (ciclo attivo e passivo)
Redazione delle scritture contabili e di prima nota
Liquidazioni IVA e adempimenti fiscali periodici
Adempimenti Intrastat
Gestioni pagamenti, incassi e riconciliazioni bancarie
Revisione e gestione scadenziari
Supporto alle attività amministrative e di reporting
Presidio e ottimizzazione dei processi amministrativi
Requisiti richiesti:
Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi
Diploma di ragioneria e/o Laurea in Economia
Ottima conoscenza della contabilità e degli adempimenti fiscali
Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici, in particolare Excell
Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e gestione delle scadenze
Precisione, affidabilità e organizzazione
Requisiti preferenziali:
Conoscenza della lingua inglese e spagnola
Full-time, dalle 08:30 alle 18:00 con pausa dalle 12:30 alle 14:00
