Siamo una realtà in crescita nel settore estetico professionale e cerchiamo una persona precisa, organizzata e affidabile, che possa supportare la gestione amministrativa quotidiana dell’azienda.
La risorsa si occuperà principalmente di:
gestione della contabilità ordinaria;
registrazione fatture attive e passive;
controllo scadenze e pagamenti;
prima nota;
supporto nella gestione documentale e amministrativa;
rapporto con commercialista, fornitori e clienti;
attività di segreteria amministrativa generale.
Cerchiamo una persona con:
esperienza in ambito amministrativo/contabile;
buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici;
precisione, riservatezza e capacità organizzativa;
voglia di inserirsi in un ambiente dinamico e collaborativo.
Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di gestionali aziendali e una precedente esperienza in ruoli simili.
Orario: Full-time Contratto: tempo indeterminato
Retribuzione: €1.400,00 - €1.912,56 al mese
