Cerchiamo un/una Social Media Manager & Ads Specialist che sappia unire creatività e performance, con una mentalità orientata ai risultati.
Cosa farai:
Gestione completa dei profili social (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Pianificazione e sviluppo di piani editoriali strategici
Creazione e gestione campagne Meta Ads e Google Ads
Ottimizzazione campagne in ottica ROAS, CPL, conversioni
Analisi dati e reportistica mensile per i clienti
Collaborazione con team creativo e reparto automation
Requisiti:
Esperienza minima 2 anni in ruolo simile (agenzia o freelance)
Ottima conoscenza Meta Ads
Capacità di analisi KPI (ROAS, CPC, CPA, CTR)
Esperienza nella gestione di più clienti contemporaneamente
Mentalità orientata ai risultati (non solo “postare”)
Plus:
Conoscenza Google Ads e TikTok Ads
Esperienza con CRM e marketing automation (es. GoHighLevel)
Conoscenza funnel e lead generation
Esperienza su e-commerce
