Il Ritrovo is a new Italian café and restaurant opening in Zetland, serving quality coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner in a welcoming neighbourhood setting.
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team.
About the Role
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee consistently
Dial in grinders and maintain coffee equipment
Deliver friendly customer service
Take orders and process payments when required
Assist with café operations and service
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years barista experience
Ability to produce quality coffee during busy periods
Friendly and professional attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable and punctual
Full working rights in Australia

Wednesday to Sunday
Morning and daytime shifts
Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows
Immediate start available
