Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Account & Project Manager per gestire clienti e coordinare il team interno, garantendo qualità, organizzazione e risultati.
Figura chiave: sei il punto di collegamento tra cliente e team.
Cosa farai:
Gestione diretta dei clienti (call, follow-up, relazione)
Coordinamento team interno (social, ads, design, dev)
Pianificazione e monitoraggio task su ClickUp
Controllo avanzamento lavori e rispetto scadenze
Analisi performance e presentazione report
Upsell e sviluppo clienti
Requisiti:
Esperienza in agenzia marketing (min. 2 anni)
Ottime capacità organizzative e comunicative
Esperienza nella gestione di più progetti contemporaneamente
Mentalità orientata a problem solving e risultati
Conoscenza base marketing digitale
Plus:
Esperienza con CRM (GoHighLevel o simili)
Conoscenza funnel, lead generation, adv
Esperienza commerciale / upselling
